I'm giving a neutral feedback since after all struggles everything ended well.
I bought a dress from Yaxiaa and everything seemed to be going OK. She even agreed on a little price drop and me paying after few days from that point which was great! About few days after she had shipped, she messaged me saying she shipped a wrong dress to me. We agreed that when the package arrived, I would go to my local post office to refuse the package and they would send it back, and so I did. Meanwhile she shipped the correct dress to me. Luckily the shipping was really fast, and after about 3 weeks I finally got the dress I paid for! When I opened the dress from the package, I noticed there were make-up stains on the other sleeve and on the inside of the bust and neckline area. I messaged her asking about this, since the condition of the dress was stated as new with tags. She believed the make-up stains had come from others trying on the dress at AP SF, where she had bought the dress. I asked for a small compensation but she declined this. BUT in the end after a troughout wash all the make-up stains vanished and the dress was indeed like new with tags, so I thought I'd leave it at that. So in the end I think the seller is trustworthy and I would probably do business with her again, but I would suggest her to check the items a bit more carefully in the future and make sure she ships the correct item to a correct buyer. Otherwise I am really happy with my purchase, I finally got my long time dream dress! So in the end everything went OK. :) Thank you!

The blouse arrived unwashed and it smells faintly of body odor. It is also missing a button, which was not mentioned by the seller in the listing.

The dress came in absolutely beautiful condition, nothing wrong with it at all, very clean and neat! It even came in a Baby the Stars Shine Bright bag which was fantastic. The seller emailed me the specifics on the price for shipping and gave me options on an envelope versus a box, which I appreciated. The package was mailed out a day later than originally stated but it wasn't a very big issue. Overall great service!!!
