I purchased this item in March and received the package in July. I understand that there is a pandemic situation, so if this was shipped with surface mail, I should understand. However, the condition of op wasn't as described. The description said it is like new, but I saw a yellowish stain on the skirt near the ribbon.

Package arrived after to months. They managed to get it out before the country closed down their international shipping, which I was so grateful for. The item is very old and has some flaws which they disclosed. Other than that they took grate care of the item. They also packaged it so sweetly. Thank you so much!
