Invoice was sent promptly. Item shipped and arrived very fast.
When I received the item however, I noticed a large stain that covered half the cameo of the Snow Queen on the front of the dress.
The seller had not mentioned a stain. When I emailed about it... First she asked why I bought it if I saw the stain in the proof photos, which I hadn't and they were not mentioned but on further inspection of the photos you can see the stain very faintly on the dress in the photos... then said she never noticed a stain.
It took a wile to get returned and refunded since she said she was out of the country on vacation... I covered shipping back for the dress.
I hope that no one else buys the dress without knowing it is stained and has been washed several times and still hasn't lightened much.
