The only positive thing here was the quick payment. We agreed that they get shipping for free since they bought another article from me aswell. After that, everything took a bad turn. The buyer isn't willing to respect the terms of sale in which I clearly stated "- Once shipped out and given the tracking, I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages". I put the exact adress that has been proveded by the buyer, gave them the tracking and waited. Some weeks later they said it was undeliverable and that I must have done something wrong on my end. I told them I didn't, but once it returns to me I'm willing to give a refund. That the post fucks up something happens, personally to me it happend before too and it wasn't the seller that put a wrong adress or anything. I thought with that it was settled for the time as all there is to wait. Now the buyer threatens with paypal dispute to get the money back, when I don't have the item back yet. They send me multiple stressfull messages aswell. I mean, it's not my fault if anything gets lost or takes time. It's according to my ToS not my responsibility. After talking to someone from LM about the situation and they told me to wait until I revice the package for a refund aswell to leave negative feedback, I did. In short: This is a stressfull person who doesn't respect sellers Terms of Sales. I wouldn't sell to them again because of all the stress they put me through the last weeks.
