Seller uses a shipping service that doesn't allow flexibility and accuracy in international shipping quotes. Initial quote was paid, but buyer asked for more money after invoice was paid. Found out during the shipping transaction process that they were charged different prices, from $60 to $90 USD. I can completely agree that the seller tried to accommodate me as best to their ability, this is why the feedback is neutral. However the sale was not completed. Refunded by seller after they told me tbe parcel was being returned to them, but seller did not state they had gotten it back and was withholding it until they went to ship other things.. overall really confusing but I'd only recommend this seller to US based buyers as the seller needs more options and services for overseas buyers. The communication was consistent and friendly, the buyer did try their best I'm sure. But in future, a more credible and professional shipping method would be beneficial if selling world wide. Disappointed but what can you do. Lacemarket admin has been notified with details. International buyers be aware.
