Difficult buyer- they left feedback that was inaccurate to what was discussed. I clearly state in my listings and TOS that I do not sell to users with less than 20 feedback due to false chargebacks in the past. I am willing to work with users who provide me external feedback and I have done this with this buyer. They received a lot that had a postcard missing, and I pulled all my gothic items I had stored as I am leaving the fashion to inspect it and see if it was there. I did not see it, and instead of asking for proof that they did not get it, I asked if they wanted a small refund or a discount on another item. They said no, so not worry and left it at that. A week later they leave feedback that is inaccurate and false. I wouldn’t recommend working with this person.
