I would not recommend selling to this person. When it took awhile for them to receive the item, they reported our transaction on Paypal, but only a couple days after they reported the item, the tracking information said the item was delivered. I messaged them multiple times to confirm if they had received the item or to solve the issue, since the tracking information said it had been delivered, but they did not answer. They also have not provided any additional information to the case they placed on my PayPal account. Because of this, my Paypal account has been put on hold for MONTHS! All because they did not receive their item as soon as they wanted to. The tracking information says it was delivered months ago, but as they have not messaged me AT ALL, we are unable to solve our PayPal case, and I am unable to use my PayPal account. They also have left negative feedback on my profile despite them not being cooperative when I messaged them to solve this issue. I have given them a lot of time to respond before leaving this feedback, and they still haven't. This was an extremely negative experience.

Messaged me after the auction ended to say they no longer wanted the blouse. Would have been nice to have been told earlier or they could have at least cancelled their auction.
