This transaction took 5 months, from when I won the listing at the end of June to November when a refund was finally issued. Seller was not very communicative, I had to initiate each time to ask for multiple updates on items. Seller didnt communicate about the misprint until a month after Haenuli announced it. I asked for refund because I no longer felt comfortable with how long it was taking for the items to be shipped. Seller claimed the items had shipped without a tracking number but then said they were keeping the items if I wanted a refund (even though they said they had already been shipped???).
Would not buy from again.

I gave the buyer extra time to pay, but buyer still failed to complete the sale due to personal issues.

Dress was as described, I appreciate the seller sewing up the opened seam. There were some dispatch issues so it took longer that I would have liked but I wasn't worried that I would receive the dress.
