I don't like leaving bad feedback, however I do feel scammed at the moment. Communication wasn't good, it was very slow responses with little clarification, then absolutely no response at all. All my messages have been ignored after I paid in Jan, was not told if it was posted out and have not received the things I bought off them, even after nearly 7 weeks and we live in the same country. I have tried to contact them to no avail. I do not recommend this seller nor wish to buy from them again. I'm sorry if I am misunderstanding the situation, but this is how I have experienced the situation.

SilverWraith was a pleasure to buy from! They were very communicative and waited on shipping so I could buy multiple items. Shipping time was reasonable. The items arrived in a plastic shipping bag and the items inside were all secure in their own individual bags. Everything was as described and had a pleasant neutral scent. SilverWraith even included a personalized note and little gifts, which was a delightful surprise!! I am beyond thrilled with my experience, and I recommend this seller to everyone! Communication was good, but despite having accepted my terms of sale, where I clearly say I cant be responsible for lost/ damaged packages once I send them, she claimed damages in the item due to the rude transportation of the postal service in her country and also made use of the item by telling me that she had previously washed it when it was received, for which I cannot be responsible.
