There is no problem with the item. Just the seller communication and shipping time. I receive no explanation or communication about the shipment. The payment is made around the end of November. She said she shipped and sent me tracking number. I was waiting for 1 month with no communication and no postage. I messaged her again and again. She read but didn't say anything. Then tracking number showed up in PayPal email showing the item was sent in the end of December. Today I received my postage. The blouse is alright. I am just really confused why she didn't communicate. She just can say about her situation and explain why it is 1 month late then it's fine for both parties.
