I regret to leave negative feedback, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience with this seller. I purchased an item and made payment promptly, fully expecting the seller to ship within the timeframe indicated per LM(1-2 weeks to arrive). However, despite my immediate payment, the seller failed to ship the item within the expected timeframe, giving multiple excuses.
On April 20, the seller mentioned they had just returned from a trip and would ship the item in the next couple of days. On April 25, I received a tracking number, but as of April 28, the USPS tracking still shows that the item was never received by the postal service. The tracking number provided did not reflect any movement, indicating that the item had not been shipped at all.
When I reached out to the seller to ask for clarification about the shipping status, their response was full of excuses related to their personal life, their work schedule, and their post office. While I understand that life circumstances can happen, blaming actions on these factors including the buyer, was frustrating. Despite these reasons, the seller did not ship the item and, instead, when I requested an update stated they would finally ship but then offered a refund to sell to another.
The situation could have been handled much better. The seller could have communicated and acted more appropriately. Instead, after receiving a refund, the seller left retaliatory feedback claiming I was “impatient” and “rude” for requesting an update on the status of my paid order. I simply asked for clarity regarding the shipping after half of postage/delivery time passed, and was met with unprofessionalism in return.
Additionally, the seller’s feedback painted a completely inaccurate picture of my behavior. I was courteous and reasonable in all my communication. The feedback left by the seller was retaliatory, unprofessional, and factually incorrect. It’s concerning that a seller would leave such feedback simply for asking for an update on a paid order and for that order to be shipped.
Overall, I would not recommend this seller. Their failure to fulfill their shipping commitments, lack of cordial communication, and instead baiting with an aggressive tone, and revenge feedback response reflect poorly on their behavior and judgement. I would caution other buyers about purchasing from them, as they appear to struggle with timely shipping and customer service.
