I personally found it is difficult to sale item to this buyer. Her parcel got return back by the post, with a tag on it saying it was because the VAT was not being paid. I explained the situation to the buyer, and arranged another delivery for free. However, she was not given me time to response, and request a refund from the PayPal. I understand the situation is frustrating, but it was meaning cost by the VAT payment was failed from the buyer side. Plus, the buyer has agreed and insisted for a parcel without insurance, therefore, shall understand the possible circumstances.

After we agreed on a payment plan of up to six months, they told me that the deposit would be paid by the end of the month, which meant that I might have to wait three weeks, and I agreed. As a result, I didn't wait for anything, neither message nor deposit. On October 1st I messaged them to tell them I was canceling the deal. 10 days passed and I still didn't get any reply, and a whole month had passed since they bought my items. Had to leave this negative feedback.
