The dress came in perfect condition! However, the seller was not very communicative and forgot to send the tracking information until I inquired about it. It took a lot of time to get responses from messages but that was reasonable because we all have our lives outside of selling. I usually don't care about a seller taking a while to send something but that mixed with the slight lack of communication made it a little frustrating. I still consider this a positive experience though because the seller was very apologetic, the situation was reasonable, and I was in no rush to receive the dress.
