Communication was excellent. The skirt arrived quickly and in durable packaging for shipping. The only complaint I have (which may have been my fault for not looking at the photos more closely) is that the black fabric from the lining discolored the white sections of the print to a gray. Other than that, it looks pristine and fits like a dream.
