Akage Lolita was extremely helpful in helping me buy my first lolita dress! The package became lost in the mail, and she did everything she could to find the package and get it moving again by communicating with both myself and USPS. There was a lot of problems with the shipping process, which wasn't Akage Lolita's fault, but she always had perfect communication with me and was happy to try help resolve any problems that would show up. Product: 10/10 - Beautiful, well maintained, superb condition, no weird/unwanted smells. Exactly as described. (I can't believe I have one of my dream dresses!)
Packaging: 10/10 - Came in a quick manner, the dress was in a USPS Ready Post padded envelope, the dress was wonderfully folded in said package.
Communication: 10/10 - Very clear, efficient and professional (They're so genuinely sweet and accommodating, and I enjoyed speaking with them!)
Overall Experience: 10/10 - I would highly recommend this seller, and look forward to doing repeat business with them again!
