Nothing really wrong with the seller, but this dress is completely unwearable- DO NOT BUY. Basically, they took a small dress, and just widened the back panel without changing anything else to make an XL.

Lovely hoop petticoat. Its very nice for warm weather and extremely easy to store. Waist band may be slightly uncomfortable if worn directly against skin but prefect fine with even a thin fabric between.
