Situation similar to the previous wig reviewer. Unfortunately, the condition of this wig was not great as described and likely made worse by the poor packing. Will need a thorough wash and conditioning if I hope to revitalize it, which isn't additional work I expected to do when I made this purchase.

Definitely could use way more than a brushing, and likely not salvageable. There are large matted sections on the back inside, likely from rubbing against the neck or back. Even the bangs are quite difficult to finger comb through and the bottom is practically impossible without further damaging the wig. This was not helped at all by the fact that it was put unprotected in a paper packing envelope, even just a plastic bag might have helped. Mainly upset about the condition honestly at this point though as just the packing alone wouldn’t have done this, it just wasn’t as described.
