I have no complaints about the process, but the waistband on the skirt is completely shot. There is no elasticity left in it. The item should have been listed as damaged, like the other dress I bought (the arm elastic was shot on that one). I will fix it, but not mentioning it in the listing was a really shady thing to do. It's not like it's just a little bit worn out. It is completely wrecked, like there is no elastic band in the waist at all. No action needed, but beware if you buy from this seller as the item may be more worn than what the description lets on.
