Overcharged on shipping. Was shipped in a too small flat rate box, further damaging the item even though she knew it had been previously damaged from improper shipping. Now the body of the hat has dents that wont come out too (the listing already stated the brim had dents and I was fine with that). I would have been willing to pay for it to be shipped in a different box. Other than that it was as described and she did ship it quickly and communication was good. Overall, a very neutral experience.
