Seller was very pleasant to work with, the transaction itself went very smoothly and the I received the item faster than expected. All the items were mostly visually in great condition, as described. On the dress there was one loose pearl but I fixed it with thread & needle. However, there was a strong body odor on the dress, especially in the armpit area. This came off in the washing machine with no major issues. There was also a very strong perfume like fragrance on all the items (including the bonnet!), which made me almost dizzy just being near the dress (I could smell it from 2m away). The perfume did not come off after even 2 times in the washing machine. It eventually dissipated after being aired out for 3 weeks, but was nonetheless frustrating to deal with.

Received the dress less than a week after payment in like new condition although it was listed as good condition, which was great. A pair of new socks were also included which was nice. My only complaint is that communication was sparse. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, though. Thanks!

They allowed me to do a short term payment plan and is really sweet! They included a little rilakumma which is thoughtful of them. My only complaint is that communication was slow, but they informed me of why and that's quite understandable. I never received a tracking number when it got shipped, but it got to me nonetheless and I'm in love with the dress! Thank you!!
