Much better communication than last time purchasing from this seller. Very happy about that. Items took ages to arrive but not the fault of the sender, as it was holiday season that they got caught in customs. Thank you, as always.

I honestly have to leave a neutral review here. My items arrived fine, they were brand new and unused, as expected. But the communication this time around was rather poor. I have purchased from this seller before and had no issues at all the first time, but this time, despite paying immediately, I did not hear back from her until a full week later. I was not in a rush for the items, if she had simply said, "I will ship them out in a week", I would have been fine. But I think no communication at all for a week is not ideal. I think it's the bare minimum to just let me know when it will be shipped. Like I said, I was not in a rush for it, but paying for something and hearing not even a "I'm busy, but I can ship out next week" personally was disappointing. I would still purchase from this seller again, hopefully the communication next time will be better.
