The seller provided the wrong stock photo for the wig, thus I received a wig I wasn't expecting. However, the seller was very understanding and willing to provide a full refunded if I wanted. Due to this, I will leave them a positive review.

Product: 10/10 - Beautiful; well maintained. Exactly like pictures.
Packaging: 10/10 - The wig came in a reusable colourpop box. Inside, each piece of the wig had their own plastic bag and personal hair net. Wig is indeed new without usage; seller provided original tag in the box as well! Tried it on, fits perfect, no issues!
Communication: 10/10 - Very clear, efficient and professional
Overall Experience: 10/10 - I would highly recommend this seller, and look forward to doing repeat business with them again!
