Buyer was nice and perfect with communication, but in the end could not complete the sale due to medical reasons. While I understand this personally, I would have preferred for the buyer to be sure of the commitment to buy after completing the checkout process. After contacting a mod, they instructed me to leave feedback as this was an uncompleted sale.
