I've wanted this purse forever and it's in great condition. It was well packaged. They were a bit busy and it took a little bit for them to ship but once it was it arrived quickly. They were quick to communicate with me so I was aware of what was happening.

The seller was very quick to respond to any messages and did a good job of setting expectations for shipping times from the very beginning. While the order did take about a week longer than the quoted timeframe (3 weeks), it was not significantly longer and they were very apologetic about the delay. The items were packaged BEAUTIFULLY and are in the exact condition advertised. Would totally work with this seller again!
