The initial transaction was quite smooth, and the seller was quick to communicate initially. However, when it came time to ship the dress, she said there were stains on the dress. I mentioned that her proof photos seemed fine but she said they were old photos and did not reflect the current status of the dress, i assured her that this was fine, and to send the dress regardless of the stains she found.
She refunded me (which isn't an issue, it was an immediate refund to my paypal) but this isn't want I wanted. She offered no recourse such as a partial refund for cleaning costs. I cannot force the sale of the dress but I do feel like this transaction ended poorly.

Great seller! My only minor complaint is that the item smelled of smoke (possibly a smoker's home environment? but was not disclosed), so I will be dry cleaning it before I wear it. Communication and shipping were beyond excellent. Thanks so much!
