Gloria was very kind and had great communication. She gave me a lot of options when I said I was looking for a particular style of shoe and did her best to help at every step. It's a shame that the shoes I ended up choosing were from a poor quality brand, so I would recommend researching brand reviews and asking for advice - Gloria is very helpful if you have questions. Gloria is great to work with. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very patient with all of my questions. Due to covid, there was a delay in shipping, but she was very transparent about what she knew and what she could do, and was super helpful. I would look around a bit more diligently before buying, because I could've bought the dress new and saved some money. Regardless, she is super sweet and I'd love to buy from her again in the future <3
