Despite delays because of Covid, which were out of the seller's control, they found a way to ship my item to me as quickly as possible. They communicated wonderfully with me about the delays and steps to get the item shipped. The item came securely packaged and they even threw in a very cute charm!

I've already bought from Gloria once before and OMG SHE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! This dress as well as the second one I bought were in PRESTINE condition and she included several accessories that came with the original outfit as well as some extra goodies! Part of me doesn't want others to know about her because I want to keep her all to myself! But WONDERFUL buying experience at a VERY reasonable price!

I love the dresses and accessories, they are all gorgeous. Reasonably priced, although there were some glue marks on the accessories but nothing major. Everything was neatly packaged, and although there was a long waiting time (which wasn't the seller's fault), the communication with the seller was great. Definitely recommended <3

Gloria was very kind and had great communication. She gave me a lot of options when I said I was looking for a particular style of shoe and did her best to help at every step. It's a shame that the shoes I ended up choosing were from a poor quality brand, so I would recommend researching brand reviews and asking for advice - Gloria is very helpful if you have questions.
