Buyer left bad feedback claiming that I shipped a dirty and smelly item without bothering to message me first. Had she given me a chance, I could have offered to help fix the situation. Thus, I found her communication to be very poor and her business practice and etiquette lacking. I can't fix something if I don't know that there is a problem.
The headdress had actually never been worn or even tried on, so I'm not sure how it was greasy. Apparently it smelt like smoke which is also odd as I don't smoke, nor does anyone I know smoke. I would recommend that the buyer at least attempt to contact sellers in the future if they are displeased with a sale. They would likely actually try to help if given a chance.
