My dress didn't arrive in the condition advertised, and initially I sensed some frustration from the seller after I contacted her about it. Thankfully, after a few tries I was able to get it looking nearly good as new. She sincerely apologized for the trouble and refunded me a portion of the cost for cleaning expenses and time, and all is well!

Item could had been shipped much more carefully (hat was just placed inside an EMS envelope), and seems a bit bent out of shape. Still, item arrived quickly and seller communicated in a timely manner.

Seller shipped fast! However, the Usakuma pouch by my standards was not in Very Good condition. It looks used more than once, and requires brushing and dry cleaning to look very good. Still, it's nothing I can't fix.

Wonderful seller! At first we had a difficulty with shipping (she accidentally sent me and another girl eachothers items) but with great communication and understanding it was quickly sorted out and my item from japan to America in less than two weeks. Seller even offered shipping refunds since I had I ship the other girl her correct item, though I declined. Overall great seller! Would buy from again! ^^
