There was a mark on the dress when it arrived. The mark came off with dry cleaning and the seller compensated for it!

One of the clips that I ordered had the backing detached even though they were packaged quite well. I’d suggest making sure the clips are secure before packing them next time. I plan to glue it back on and hope my giftee doesn’t notice. Other than that, no issues.
