I couldn't be happier with my experience. The package was so perfectly put together: it was in a nice box, I got a lovely card, an extra gift hair ribbon and the dress was in a nice tote. The bag overall is nice. She included a few cute freebies too, which was really sweet of her. It took a while to arrive, which had me concerned because USPS tends to lose untracked packages. However, the tracking number was right on the box! I wish I had been told about that. The bag isn't "like new", in my opinion, although I suppose that's objective. There's some gunk I have to wash off on the side and what looks like hot glue maybe? There are also colored pencil rubbings on the pocket inside. I really wish I could give better feedback for her but I can't ignore "perfect, like new condition" when there are visible flaws (mainly the hotglue?). I'm still very happy with it, just wish I had been made aware of these facts before buying (although I probably would have bought it anyway ofc ^^).
