Buyer did not ask for an international shipping quote and did not follow my TOS. Cited that other sellers did things differently, but this isn't a valid reason to not read TOS or ask for a shipping quote. Ended up working out a solution, but would not do business with in the future due to not wanting to follow PayPal TOS or my own TOS.
