{ Small additional message that is not directed at anyone at all but I want to express my point of view {which may not be the best, but written from the heart with sincerity} : I think it is human to make mistakes, and it is wise to recognize that when a person learns from their mistakes, it is necessary to encourage them in the right direction more than to push them into their unhappiness when you have taken the time to learn about the problems of the person in question ; however I understand the anger and it is totally fair in this case.
I know I may be approached to take sides, to which I would simply say that I understand the situation of not being in total control of oneself due to troubles {although this should not be used as an excuse}.
Nothing is really excusable at the end, but I think it's fair to temper the words, both in this case and in everyday life, because people do far too much harm to themselves because they think about what they want to express without paying attention to the person in front of them.
I hope that everything will go back to normal for everyone, and that everybody can be happy in the community because we are very lucky to be all connected by a common passion ~ ! }

This review is not for the Sweet Jam JSK, a transaction which never took place because Zoeosaki backed out. It is a PSA that this user attempted to keep and subsequently sell clothing that was not hers, after receiving a mistaken shipment from a shopping service that messed up the delivery address meant for another customer. In a desperate attempt to cover up for this (since there's no legal obligation on her behalf to return the goods), Zoeosaki immediately disabled her social media, ghosting both the rightful owner and the shopping service. The wronged party has since updated that Zoeosaki re-enabled her social media accounts to communicate that she does intend to return the items. šµšµšµ
Many people are blaming the SS for messing up the order in the first place, and therefore absolving this user of having to do anything. To that I would say: the fault of one party does not absolve the fault of another; they are two separate questions, and are treated as such even in a court of law. Moreover, just because someone can get away with something legally, does not mean that the user's actions should be tolerated in a community where participation & acceptance is voluntary. It is actually quite telling that it took informal backchanneling & social shaming for the clothes to be returned; it's very rare to publicly see what someone *would* do if "no one were watching." Reversing obviously wrong behavior (something she herself knew was wrong, as she disabled her social media in anticipation of committing wrongdoing) *only after being caught* does not inspire trust, especially for future behavior. šµšµšµ
I am leaving this review for several reasons: 1. The most recent review automatically shows up on the front page of the reviews, so this message will be more likely to be seen by people, whereas comments on Zoeosaki's existing sales are not highly visible & the listings can themselves be deleted; 2. A negative review is precisely the level of "punishment" for this kind of behavior (in addition to ostracization from the secondhand marketplace), as a negative review is not the same thing as doxxing / inviting harassment IRL, getting a visit from the police, or anything else that has a measurable & tangible effect on this user's life; 3. moderators on Lace Market have, in recent times, not been very active or able to react quickly to ongoing & unfolding situations, and my review might be able to draw moderator attention, as it will no doubt be reported by Zoeosaki herself. It's possible this user won't even be banned (on the grounds of having not technically violated any listed terms of use). As such, I hope this message can stay as a PSA to buyers & sellers in the future. The decision to do business is still up to you. šµšµšµ
Being able to use Lace Market or any online marketplace is a privilege, not a right. That privilege should be taken away when a user demonstrates the capacity & willingness to harm other community members. This has nothing to do with bullying, mocking someone because of their appearance / nationality, or not being conscientious of mental health struggles. In fact, using mental health as a rhetorical shield from responsibility does a great disservice to the countless people who struggle with their own mental health, but still manage to not commit harm. I ask any moderators reading this to understand that the priority of maintaining a marketplace is the security of its transactions, as the purpose of Lace Market is to provide a platform for exchanges between money & goods. If a user is unreliable with respect to this in any aspect, they should be banned, no matter the "extenuating circumstance".

For some reason this was shipped to me in the US from France in a bag with no reinforcement, so it arrived completely ruined with bending and dents from shipping. Everything else about the sale went fine; I would just make sure to specify you would like your items properly protected for shipping with this seller.
