Item was not as described and am having to relist but the seller was very nice and shipped quickly.

Possibly the worst seller I have ever bought from. The listing said the shipping was $0 and they charged me for it. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to refund the shipping and got extremely defensive and rude. I informed them I would be opening a PayPal claim and they didn't offer any other solution in response, but when I did open the claim they got very angry with me and attacked me further. accusing me of a being a scammer because I brought up a valid concern about them overcharging me. They left me retaliatory bad feedback in response to this as well. The shoes were also listed as new with tag but they have numerous damages, including a very large, difficult-to-miss scuff down the entire heel of one of the shoes. Would not recommend anybody buy from this seller, they were rude, dishonest, and just a nightmare to work with.
