The item is absolutely adorable :D I have always wanted a pink randoseru and I am happy to get one at a good price. When I got it I was very surprised at how big it was but very delighted ^^ I love the heart details and how new it is (it even smells new and has a string attached where a tag used to be). The only flaw is a blue mark on the front of the bag that appears to have happened during the shipping process (the box was really banged up so I'm not surprised) This is not the sellers fault though and the mark looks easy to get off anyway. The seller communicated with me very quickly and was very nice ^^ they even paid a little extra out of their pocket for tracked shipping for me :D All in all would defiantly buy from them again ^^
