My review is a bit on the Neutral side. Mostly for the little communication between the seller following the purchase. I wasn't aware prior that she was in the process of moving and that communication would be sparse. (totally understandable) Until after reaching out asking for shipping into. Response was a bit delayed and the item did arrive tho I never did get a tracking number. The fees for shipping were also very steep which I can understand is out of the sellers control but given that I paid it I would've been nice to actually get the number. Another downside was the tiara came with one of the bobbi pins for attaching broken off ( its in the box so I can fix it) Unfortunately it was a bunch of little things that made for a less than great transaction. All in all the item is lovely and I appreciate the seller trying to respond during their free time.
