The box was securely packed and arrived in a timely manner. They left a freebie and a little my melo sticky note saying thank you, so cute! They also included a btssb bag which since this is my first brand piece I appreciated heavily. The cloak is in amazing condition and I love it so much!! It is so adorable. I would recommend this buyer, it was a smooth experience and they exceeded my expectations:).
