Was very good and prompt in communicating with regards to shipping. Worked with me to fix some shipping hick-up from my part. It arrived fairly quickly, although the shipping/logistics carrier was not very kind in handling the box because it was dented in one corner. Though that isn't the seller's fault. The dress itself came in nicely and was folded nicely. The unkind handling of the package has wrinkled the dress, but the dress itself is intact and has no defects after close inspection.
