USPS mixed up the address; and my dress was shipped all over the place as a result. Koumori was on top of it, and even offered a refund in case I didn't want to wait. As it's been my dream dress since I started lolita fashion, I waited it out. The dress was upgraded to expedited shipping (at no cost to me) due to the mix up; which was really generous. It came in perfect condition, as described. Koumori even messaged me when the package got here to make sure it came in alright. I would not have ANY doubts buying from her again.
