Neutral!opened a paypal case to get partial refund(mainly because lacemarket was glitchy)Because the listing did list damages seen however the pictures provided in the listing were not very clear to the extent of the damages.The damage was way greater than i expected because the pictures were deceiving and were wither out of focus or had a filter. Item also broke more in shipping process. However the item breaking more was not directly their fault because they did package it nicely.I was also overcharged for shipping. I was given my partial refund, otherwise i would have just returned it. Is not a horrible seller, just really needs to take better and clearer photographs of what shes selling to avoid issues in the future.
