Item came in good time. Seller did try to have me pay service fees after I'd already gotten and paid the invoice but messaged me quickly after I asked about it. I am a little upset that the zipper is broken, however, and I hope I can find a way to fix it.

While I didn't end up keeping my purchase since there was a hiccup on my part (not the sellers), they were very kind to communicate with. Seller replied quickly to my questions about the item and was very helpful with my questions about shipping. Unfortunately, I misread the size chart and realized too late that the item wouldn't work at all. Very pleasant to interact with, and if the item was my size, I would definitely buy from again.
