After I sent the payment I had to initiate all communication with this seller including confirming my purchase had been sent and requesting for my package’s tracking number. The item initially did not arrive as described missing a piece from the listing, mesh bow, which the seller stating they forgot it kindly corrected their mistake by sending it to me in the mail but also gave me the wrong tracking number then said they lost it when I had to ask for it again. Both items arrived within a few days after the seller mailed them since we live near each other so the shipping was speedy. Thanks! :)

Purse arrived in great condition! Only downsides were I had to send a message (5 days after the auction ended) about when the product would be shipped, and then received no tracking number. Either way, I love the purse and am happy with my purchase!
