They told me their item couldn't be found and they needed time to find it. After a week I have decided to take matters in to action. The seller was not organised and responsible for their stock/item being ready tp ship (I would assume sellers would have the item ready especially if their listings are set as available and current). They did not hesitate to quote me however, but after I waited a week for them, there was no communication from them. I will request a full refund of the stockings and contact admin on Lacemarket). Please be more responsible for your items in future, so you aren't wasting others time and result in negative feedback and reputation.

There was a small misunderstanding about the color of the item, but the seller was very kind and we managed to come to an agreement and they refunded me part of the cost of the item. The item was send quickly and in very good condition! Overall I love it even though it was not the color I was firstly expecting (partially my fault because it was showing the right color in the pictures). The seller was very understanding of the situation and I would use their service again.
